The Induction of Revd Peter Meek
as Moderator of the East Midlands Synod
took place
at Sherwood United Reformed Church
on Saturday 17th September.

The induction of Revd Kara Cooper
to a rather unique post
took place on Sunday 11th September 2011
at St Andrew's With Castlegate United Reformed Church.

Moderator Terry Oakley
inducted the Revd. David Dean
to the Ministry of the St Philip's Centre, Leicester
and the Training Team of the East Midlands Synod

In July 2011,
Church Army Captain Paul Ward
was Commissioned
by the Bishop Paul Butler
to work at the Mission Project
based at Boundary Road
in partnership with St Barnabas Anglican Church
and Hope Nottingham.

The disappointment of not being able
to go to a centre in Durham
(It close down - must have heard about us!)
was more than made up for by the speakers,
the workshops
and the opportunity
to catch up with colleagues.
