The Manse at Keld: Respite Weeks

The
Manse at Keld: Respite Weeks

The newly refurbished manse at Keld is part
of the developing Keld Resource Centre.
As well as generating income from holiday lettings, it will be available
for use by churches as a ‘bolt-hole’ for ministers and church members in need
of respite on a favourable basis.  The manse
is a well appointed house located at the heart of the village offering
accommodation for up to six people comprising a sitting room, dining room,
kitchen/breakfast room and three bedrooms
Amenities in the manse include: oil-fired under floor and central
heating throughout, with open fires in the dining room and sitting room; fully
equipped kitchen; TV + Sky box, DVD player and radio/cassette; small library of
games, books, DVDs and tourist information; wireless internet access.  All fuel and power is included in the rental
fee.  Bed linen and towels are
provided.  Parking is local to the
manse.  Well-behaved single pets are
welcome.  Smoking in the manse is
prohibited. Up to eight weeks are ear-marked in the manse for respite.  Applications on behalf of those who might
benefit from this provision can be made by denominational bodies to Mrs. Glenda
Calvert on 01748 886845 or at

// --> .  Availability of the manse can be found by
visiting www.tkrc.org.uk.  We do not expect the manse to be available
for respite weeks during the peak holiday periods. The price for 2009 is £250

deposit.  Payment by cheque is preferred
and should be made payable to Keld United Reformed Church (TKRC) and sent to
